At Harrington McAvan we develop consultative processes and communications which will help neighbours understand the complex technical issues that are part of a license. This often requires us to "translate" technical concepts into more understandable language or illustrations. We then go through a process of explaining how the operation will address these requirements and helping people to understand how things will change with the application. Our goal is always to help people to understand the proposal and to facilitate a dialogue which will better fit the proposal into the existing community.
